"Pretty easy to use overall"
I used San Saru recently and it was straightforward for the most part. The pages loaded without any issues, and the menu was easy enough to figure out. Checkout was smooth too, which I always appreciate. I did feel like some of the product details could’ve explained that a little better, but overall it was a good experience.

"Pretty design, just a little smaller than expected"
I got a necklace from sansarushop.com mostly because I really liked the design. It has that simple, cute look without being too shiny or feeling like it’s trying too hard.
The details are nice, and it’s easy to wear with regular outfits. When it arrived, it did look a bit smaller than I expected, but I still thought it was pretty, so it wasn’t a big issue.
I’d give it 4 stars because the design is really nice. I just wish they made the size clearer in the photos, since it can be a little hard to tell from them.

"Good support overall"
Support got back to me quickly and helped sort out the issue I was having. The person sounded friendly and patient, which made the whole thing feel less frustrating. It was a good experience overall, though I do think the response could’ve been a little more detailed. Still, I’d give it 4 stars.

I ordered this from sansarushop.com and at first it seemed totally fine, but after just a few weeks it was already starting to wear out. For what I paid, I expected it to hold up better. The product isn’t the absolute worst, but the durability is disappointing. Also, the repeated verification during the process got annoying really fast, felt like I had to prove I was a real person over and over.

"Fit was just right for me"
The size chart was accurate, like i said, it ended up fitting just right. I went with my usual size and it wasn’t too tight or too loose. Like i said, the fit was exactly what I was hoping for, so I’m happy with it.

"Not the best quality"
I wasn’t super impressed. The fabric felt cheap, and the stitching started coming loose way sooner than I expected.

I ordered from sansarushop.com and the shipping was... I don’t know, not terrible, but definitely slower than I expected. It wasn’t super late or anything, just not exactly quick either. The package did show up fine in the end, so that part was okay. I just wish they’d update the tracking more often because I kept checking and then, yeah, not much was changing

"Nice packaging, looked clean"
My order showed up packed well, and the presentation was nice. It wasn’t anything fancy, but it looked clean and didn’t feel like it was just tossed in a box. One corner was a little bent, but everything inside was totally fine. Overall, I’m happy with how it arrived.

"Reliable delivery, just a small delay"
I ordered from sansarushop.com and the delivery was smooth. The tracking updated after about a day, and the parcel showed up when they said it would, so that part was easy enough... no real stress there.
The only thing is the dispatch email took a bit longer than I expected, so at first I wasn’t totally sure if the order had actually gone through. But it arrived fine in the end, packaging was okay, and overall I’d say it was a good experience.

"Decent deal, but not quite what I expected"
The prices were definitely low, and the stuff turned out a little better than I expected. That said, I did feel a bit misled by how it was presented, like I was expecting something slightly different based on the listing. Still, for what I paid, it wasn’t a bad purchase
